On-site Training
Our team of professionals focuses on effective training practices that include hands-on learning exercises with true data sets that encourage thought towards improving business processes. The on-site training can be delivered in one-on-one sessions as well as classroom style.

Classroom Training
Classroom trainings are available on a variety of products, including FRx, SmartList Builder, and Microsoft Dynamics GP Boot Camps. Our classroom trainings are held in the OTT, Inc. Training Center, and are limited to 10 or less attendees, providing each attendee with personalized attention from our training instructors.

Technical Support
OTT, Inc. is happy to offer Technical Support in a variety of forms to our customers. Whether customers invest in an annual support plan, or elect to utilize our technical support on a case-by-case basis, OTT, Inc. is dedicated to helping customers quickly resolve any technical support issues that may arise.

Microsoft Dynamics GP Client Group Meetings and the CRM Net(work)
Our complimentary Microsoft Dynamics GP Client Group Meetings offer an opportunity to network with other users, meet with OTT, Inc. and Microsoft team members, and learn about new products, versions, or procedures.

Our CRM Net(work) offers monthly trainings and quarterly user groups for Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers. Our CRM Net(work) events are complimentary, and provide attendees with helpful Microsoft Dynamics CRM tips and tricks, trainings, and information to improve efficiencies and expand the usage of their Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.

OTT, Inc. Summit
OTT, Inc.’s annual Summit delivers a unique educational experience for OTT, Inc. clients and prospects, helping them conquer the key challenges facing their organizations, improve their business edge, and discover practical solutions and tools to help them grow their business. At the Summit, attendees find a network filled with knowledge and expertise - connecting and reconnecting with peers, OTT, Inc. and Microsoft team members, and independent software representatives, while watching the potential of various business applications unfold before them.

Events
Many of our events are complimentary, and we are proud to offer nearly 40 hours of FREE training to our clients each year. From our monthly CRM Net(work) events, to our quarterly GP Client Group Meetings, to our annual Summit, we offer a wide array of free and fee based learning opportunities to continually help our clients increase efficiencies and the effectiveness of their products throughout the years.
